The Economic Partnership North Shore (EPNS) is a champion for collaborative approaches to the major economic challenges and opportunities on the North Shore.

EPNS is a business led partnership that also includes executive level representation from 20+ of the major regional employers, the three north shore municipalities, and Tsleil-Waututh and Squamish first nations. The voice of small, medium and large business employers are well represented.

Initially formed as the Economic Partnership North Vancouver in 2015, the partnership expanded in 2020 to include the entire North Shore economy in recognition of the inter-related issues and challenges.

The major North Shore economic challenges currently being addressed include these two inter-related issues:

  1. Transportation: Getting employees to work and moving the people and goods to, from and across the north shore.
  2. Housing Affordability and Availability: Creating housing that is affordable and available to employees of local business.

The North Vancouver Chamber is proud to be a founding partner and catalyst in the development and ongoing relevance of this ground breaking partnership.
