The North Vancouver Chamber and Economic Partnership North Vancouver recently hosted the annual Conversation with the Mayors’ Luncheon at Seymour Golf and Country Club. This members-only event provided attendees with informal atmosphere in order to ask questions, as well as gave the Mayors an opportunity to share their vision for North Vancouver.
Mike Boehm, Vice President Business Development at KPMG, the event sponsor, introduced City of North Vancouver Mayor Darrell Mussatto, District of North Vancouver Mayor Richard Walton, and event moderator Jon McComb from CKNW980.
Jon McComb moderated the question period with both Mayors and took a few audience questions. The interconnected issues of housing affordability values and traffic congestion were the primary issues discussed.
