Meet our new Board! At the North Vancouver Chamber, we are proud to have a strong Board of Directors comprised of a diverse mix of business and local leaders who volunteer their time and work together for the betterment of the community. 

This year, we are pleased to welcome new North Vancouver Chamber Directors Sheila Lively and Brian Williams. 

We also welcome back re-elected Directors: Mike Pour and Lisa Warren; along with returning Directors: Megan Campagnolo, Sarah Lloyd, Jonathan Mosley, Bruce Peters, Adriana Ramirez, Ron Spence, and Julianne Yeager.

With over 23 years of service at BlueShore Financial, Brian brings a wealth of experience in financial management and client relations to the table. Brian has honed his skills in understanding and meeting the diverse needs of BlueShore’s valued clients. Born and raised in North Vancouver, Brian has a deep-rooted passion for our community and its economic prosperity. He is committed to fostering partnerships and initiatives that will enhance the vitality of our business community.

Sheila possesses more than 35 years of experience in the tourism, hospitality management, and senior living sector. She has worked with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Marriott Hotels, and WestJet, as an ambassador to promote international tourist visitation while also collaborating with tourism boards, local businesses, and travel associations.  Sheila is passionate about senior advocacy, providing independent residents and their families ways to explore vibrancy, companionship, and engagement within their community.

With 18+ years in the financial industry, Megan has held a number of progressive roles within RBC spanning from leadership, project management, and Commercial Banking. Megan has been actively involved with several organizations such as The Association of Women in Finance and BC Women’s Hospital Foundation, which promote health & wellness, business, and networking opportunities for women. In Megan’s spare time, she can be found hiking the trails on the North Shore where she grew up, and now raises a family with her husband.

Sarah and her family are long-time residents of North Vancouver. She leverages her skills as a Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, while helping North Vancouver businesses become bigger, stronger & more profitable through tailored Business Development Bank of Canada financing and advisory support. Outside of work, Sarah takes advantage of all that North Vancouver has to offer and can often be found skiing at Grouse and biking the trails of the North Shore.

A member of the NV Chamber for over 10 years, Jonathan loves helping SMEs grow. He is passionate about supporting startups, creating Pitch North Shore to be a platform to showcase local entrepreneurs. He is currently a strategic advisor for companies in industries ranging from food brands to technology. A veteran of the ski industry, Jonathan spent over a decade in various operations, including sales & marketing roles and senior leadership positions. Jonathan’s board experience includes being President of the Ambassadors’ Club at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

Bruce Peters HeadshotBruce Peters – Owner, Zazou Salon & Academy
Bruce is the proud owner of Zazou Salon & Academy, a premier hair and beauty establishment with two locations serving North Shore clients for over 30 years. Bruce firmly believes there is always something new to learn and is constantly pushing himself to grow and evolve. Whether he’s creating a dramatic new look for a client or simply chatting with a regular, Bruce tries to approach every interaction with warmth, humour, and a genuine desire to make people feel good about themselves. When he’s not working, Bruce loves to explore the world and seek out new experiences.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience in building companies from the ground up across seven countries. With a vision centered on promoting zero waste/discharge treatment technologies and micro-plastic-free products, Mike established Envirowise, an e-commerce B2B platform dedicated to distributing eco-friendly solutions globally. Driven by a desire to foster a greener future, Mike leverages his background in mechanical engineering and his Business Management Certificate to advocate for environmentally conscious practices within industries.

Adriana is at her best when using creativity and strategic thinking to build brands and connect with clients in the process. She has worked in the advertising & marketing industry for over 28 years. In 2010, she founded her first company, “Nacion de Ideas,” an advertising agency in Mexico. She has provided custom-tailored services to clients all over Latin America, the U.S., and now Canada. In addition, Adriana has developed print, digital, direct, and experiential marketing campaigns for many brands. She lives, works, and plays in North Vancouver, where she and her partner founded Alive Creative Services. 

Ron Spence 240x240Ron Spence – Owner & CEO, Spence Software 
 A North Vancouver resident since 1980, Ron had a management career at Richardson Terminal for 30 years. He started a software company in 2009, specializing in web applications for safety managers in the U.S. and Canada. Ron has served as director/treasurer of three different non-profit boards in Vancouver’s Scandinavian community. Ron has been an active Ambassador of the North Vancouver Chamber, serving as the friendly face of the Chamber to new members as they orient themselves to the challenges of starting a business.

Lisa Warren(RE-ELECTED) Lisa Warren – Senior Director of Sales, Sunrise of Lynn Valley 
Lisa Warren’s career in the senior living sector is well-suited for her compassion and empathy as she champions the quality of life for all seniors. With a diverse, progressive background of nearly 30 years in marketing and sales, she has had a career spanning banking, commercial real estate, technology sales, and senior living, as well as numerous volunteer and community pursuits. Lisa is proud to live and work in North Vancouver and be a part of this vibrant community and all it has to offer. She and her husband enjoy walking their two dogs around their Grand Boulevard neighbourhood.

Julianne is an employment lawyer, business owner, Lower Lonsdale resident, and mother of three young children. In her practice as a legal advisor to North Vancouver businesses, her mission is to inform business owners about their rights and obligations as employers and help to simplify the tangle of rules that governs employment in this province. Julianne’s  favourite part of her job is meeting business owners and forming a network of local entrepreneurs.
