Congratulations to Western Group – 75 years of Commitment!
Western has long been a familiar part of our working North Vancouver waterfront. They connect Canada’s marine, rail, road, and transportation corridors to global business. They remain a committed North Vancouver community leader, employer, and supporter. Western has also been a proud supporter of the North Vancouver Chamber and the work we do with and for the local business community for more than 35 years.
In celebration of this anniversary, Western announced a new funding partnership with the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue (RCMSAR). The partnership serves to promote and elevate children’s safety on the water through RCMSAR’s Kids Don’t Float program. This also brings focus to Safe Boating Awareness Week that takes place from May 20 to May 26, 2023.
