Recently, Chamber staff attended a Vancouver Whitecaps FC match to test drive the ‘Caps Club experience. With access to pitch level concessions, interactive audience games and permission to make as much noise as you’d like it was an all around fun night out and unique team building event!
Whether you’re a soccer fan or not, the whole experience of being amidst tens of thousands of people, the rush of a breakaway down the field to goal and the energy of the supporters’ groups Vancouver Southsiders, Curva Collective, and Rain City Brigade are enough to call it a good time out!
One of the standout parts of the evening was the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Kid Captain of the Match Program. This program recognizes children who have faced adversity, overcome obstacles and made a positive impact in their community by honouring a new Kid Captain for every home match!
In addition to offering a quality spectator experience, the Vancouver Whitecaps FC has heart on and off the pitch. Special thanks to George Lucas, Vancouver Whitecaps FC for showing us around!
