Meet our new Board: Strengthening the business voice of North Vancouver together!

At the North Vancouver Chamber, we are proud to have a strong Board of Directors comprised of a diverse mix of business and local leaders who volunteer their time and work together for the betterment of the community.

This year, we are pleased to welcome new 2026–27 North Vancouver Chamber Directors, Hamidreza (Hamid) Mohammadi and Adriana Ramirez.

We also welcome back our re-elected directors: Sheila Lively, Mehdi (Mike) Pour, Lisa Warren, and Brian Williams, along with returning directors: Argi Ahmadi, Lisa Archer, Laura Kinderman, and Brent Williston.

Welcome, new board directors:

Hamidreza (Hamid) Mohammadi – Founder and Principal, Total Space Inc.

Hamidreza (Hamid) Mohammadi is the Founder and Principal of Total Space Inc., a North Vancouver-based company delivering motion-based, space-optimizing technologies to the construction and urban development sector. With over 28 years of international experience across Asia, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and North America, Hamid brings a strong track record in sustainable business, trade diversification, and innovation.

Adriana Ramirez – Co-Founder and Head Creative Director, Alive Creative Services

Adriana Ramirez is the Co-Founder and Head Creative Director at Alive Creative Services. She is a creative entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and community builder with more than 28 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand development. Adriana is known for combining creative thinking with strategic insight to help organizations connect with their audiences through impactful communication. Adriana previously served on the North Vancouver Chamber Board from 2023 to 2025.

Returning and re-elected board directors:

(RE-ELECTED) Sheila Lively – Regional Director of Operations, Canada Division, TheKey

Sheila Lively is the Regional Director of Operations, Canada Division, for TheKey, and possesses more than 35 years of experience in the tourism, hospitality management, and senior living sectors. She has worked with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Marriott Hotels, and WestJet, as an ambassador to promote international tourist visits while also collaborating with tourism boards, local businesses, and travel associations.

(RE-ELECTED) Mehdi (Mike) Pour – Founder and CEO, Allego Global Group

Mike (Mehdi) Khajeh Pour is the founder and CEO of Allego Global Group, which he has grown over 15 years into a global business network focused on zero waste and zero microplastic technologies. He also founded Envirowise, an e-commerce platform providing eco-friendly products and tailored expertise to help clients transition to sustainable and compliant solutions. Mike is passionate about driving sustainability and innovation within industries.

(RE-ELECTED) Lisa Warren – Senior Director of Sales, Sunrise of Lynn Valley


Lisa Warren is the Senior Director of Sales at Sunrise Senior Living of Lynn Valley, where she works closely with families, healthcare partners, and the community to support seniors and their transition into supportive living. An active member of the North Vancouver business community, Lisa is passionate about fostering meaningful partnerships and advocating for issues impacting seniors, caregivers, and local employers.

(RE-ELECTED) Brian Williams Director of Advice and Sales, Beem Credit Union


Brian Williams is the Director of Advice and Sales at Beem Credit Union, overseeing multiple member-facing teams and leading initiatives that enhance service delivery, strengthen community connections, and support small businesses. With over 25 years of service in the credit union system, Brian brings a wealth of experience in financial management and client relations to the table.

(RETURNING) Argi Ahmadi – Manager, Stakeholder and Community Relations, TransLink

Argi Ahmadi is the Manager of Stakeholder and Community Relations at TransLink, where she oversees engagement and consultation programs tied to major planning, funding, and capital projects. Prior to joining TransLink, Argi worked at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, where she launched several flagship initiatives, including the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council, the Scale-up Centre for SMEs, and North America’s first ESG Microcredential.

(RETURNING) Lisa Archer, founder, Zing Strategy Inc.


Lisa Archer is the founder of Zing Strategy Inc., which helps organizations move from tactical to strategic Human Resources. The Zing team is passionate about building people-centered workplaces that support both organizational growth and employee well-being. Outside of work, Lisa spends time with her husband and two young kids. They both grew up in North Van, proudly own and operate multiple businesses here, and are deeply invested in building vibrant, values-driven businesses in their hometown.

(RETURNING) Laura Kinderman, Dean of Business, Yorkville University


Laura Kinderman is the Dean of Business at Yorkville University, British Columbia, and the former Dean of the Faculty of Business and Professional Studies at Capilano University. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. With a BA (hons), MA, MBA, and PhD, her academic background, active teaching, and research activity bridge various disciplines and areas of study from English to Adult Literacy, Education to Health Sciences, and Law to Business.

(RETURNING) Brent Williston, Manager of Procurement, Neptune Terminals


Brent Williston has been the Manager of Procurement at Neptune Terminals since 2012. He leads a procurement team that ensures Neptune has all the goods and services needed to operate a busy terminal operation. Prior to joining Neptune, Brent worked in public sector procurement at the Resort Municipality of Whistler. A proud North Shore resident, Brent enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, cycling, and volunteering in the community.
