The Business Excellence Awards program is an annual recognition of North Vancouver businesses and non-profits and their role in making our community a great place to live.

In 2024 we will be honouring outstanding excellence in the following categories:

Best Employer, Business of the Year, Environmental Initiative, Excellence in Equity, Innovation, Non-Profit of the Year, Service Excellence (1-10 Employees), Service Excellence (11+ Employees), and Young Entrepreneur.

New this year is the Non-Profit of the Year award, to be presented to a non-profit organization, society, or charity that exemplifies consistent and exceptional achievement.

Recognition: Nominating a business for an award acknowledges its achievements and contributions within the North Vancouver business community and beyond. Winners and Finalists will be spotlighted and celebrated through the North Van Chamber’s communications channels.

Staff engagement:  An award nomination validates the hard work, dedication, and achievements of the business and its employees. It can boost morale and motivation within the company, fostering a positive work culture and increased employee engagement.

Networking: Participation in award programs facilitates networking and collaboration opportunities with industry peers and experts. It allows businesses to connect with like-minded professionals, share best practices, and explore potential partnerships.

Time is precious, so the North Vancouver Chamber has kept the nomination requirements simple and concise. Anyone can nominate a business or non-profit, including self-nominations. The nomination process will close on Friday, September 13.
