Argi Ahmadi – TransLink

Argi Ahmadi Headshot Translink 2025Argi Ahmadi is the Manager of Stakeholder and Community Relations at TransLink, where she oversees engagement and consultation programs tied to major planning, funding, and capital projects. Prior to joining TransLink, Argi worked at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, where she launched several flagship initiatives, including the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council, the Scale-up Centre for SMEs, and North America’s first ESG Microcredential. Raised in—and a longtime resident of—North Vancouver, Argi is deeply invested in the community and passionate about contributing to its continued growth and vibrancy.

Brent Williston – Neptune Terminals

Brent Williston Headshot 2025 1200x900Brent Williston has been the Manager of Procurement at Neptune Terminals since 2012. He leads a procurement team that ensures Neptune has all the goods and services needed to operate a busy terminal operation. Prior to joining Neptune, Brent worked in public sector procurement at the Resort Municipality of Whistler. A proud North Shore resident, Brent enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, cycling, and volunteering in the community. 

 

Dr. Laura Kinderman – Faculty of Business and Professional Studies, Capilano University

Laura-Kinderman Headshot 2025 1200xDr. Laura Kinderman is the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Professional Studies at Capilano University. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. With a BA (hons), MA, MBA, and PhD, her academic background, active teaching, and research activity bridge various disciplines and areas of study from English to Adult Literacy, Education to Health Sciences, and Law to Business. She is grateful for opportunities to continue to engage and partner with the North Van Chamber’s activities, including the Business Excellence Awards and The State of Business.

Lisa Archer – Zing Strategy Inc.

Lisa Archer Headshot 2025 1200xLisa Archer is the founder of Zing Strategy Inc., which helps organizations move from tactical to strategic Human Resources. The Zing team is passionate about building people-centered workplaces that support both organizational growth and employee well-being. Outside of work, Lisa spends time with her husband and two young kids. They both grew up in North Van, proudly own and operate multiple businesses here, and are deeply invested in building vibrant, values-driven businesses in their hometown.

Tiffany Trownson – BC Care Providers Association

Tiffany Trownson headshot 2025 1200xTiffany Trownson is the Director of Public Affairs at the BC Care Providers Association, advocating for seniors and shaping policies through collaboration with stakeholders and all levels of government. With leadership experience in acute care, electronic health records, primary care, and home health, she brings a well-rounded healthcare perspective. Tiffany’s expertise in policy advocacy and strategic communications drives meaningful improvements in senior care. She is an active member of the North Vancouver Chamber and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. A proud resident of the North Shore, Tiffany is deeply engaged in her local community.

Brian Williams – Assistant Vice President of Client Experience, BlueShore Financial

Brian has honed his skills in understanding and meeting the diverse needs of BlueShore’s valued clients. Born and raised in North Vancouver, Brian has a deep-rooted passion for our community and its economic prosperity. He is committed to fostering partnerships and initiatives that will enhance the vitality of our business community.

 

(RE-ELECTED) Jonathan Mosley – Momentum Business Growth 

Jonathan Mosley Headshot 2025 1200x1200Jonathan is the Founding Partner of Momentum Business Growth and a Director at Drive Hockey Analytics. A Chamber member for over a decade, he’s passionate about helping SMEs and startups thrive. Jonathan held the role of 2024-2025 NV Chamber Board Chair, also serving on the Policy, Executive, and Governance committees. Jonathan holds a Master’s from the University of Warwick. He is currently a strategic advisor for companies in industries ranging from food brands to technology, and has also held senior leadership roles in the ski industry. Jonathan believes a strong, sustainable, and resilient economy is integral to a vibrant local community.

(RE-ELECTED) Megan Campagnolo – Private Client Manager, Enterprise Strategic Client Group, RBC

Megan-Campagnolo-Headshot-2025-cropped-300x280With 18+ years in the financial industry, Megan has held a number of progressive roles within RBC, spanning from leadership to strategy to complex credit experience in Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate. In her present role in Wealth Management as a Private Client Manager for Enterprise Clients, she collaboratively manages a complex portfolio of the bank’s ultra-high-net-worth families with their banking and planning needs. Megan has been actively involved with the Association of Women in Finance and BC Women’s Hospital Foundation. In Megan’s spare time, she can be found hiking the trails on the North Shore where she grew up, and now raises a family with her husband.

Mike Pour – Founder and CEO, Allego Global Group 

downloadMike brings over 15 years of experience in building companies from the ground up across seven countries. With a vision centered on promoting zero waste/discharge treatment technologies and micro-plastic-free products, Mike established Envirowise, an e-commerce B2B platform dedicated to distributing eco-friendly solutions globally. Driven by a desire to foster a greener future, Mike leverages his background in mechanical engineering and his Business Management Certificate to advocate for environmentally conscious practices within industries. 

Lisa Warren – Senior Director of Sales, Sunrise of Lynn Valley

Lisa Warren Lisa Warren’s career in the senior living sector is well-suited for her compassion and empathy as she champions the quality of life for all seniors. With a diverse, progressive background of nearly 30 years in marketing and sales, she has had a career spanning banking, commercial real estate, technology sales, and senior living, as well as numerous volunteer and community pursuits. Lisa is proud to live and work in North Vancouver and be a part of this vibrant community and all it has to offer. She and her husband enjoy walking their two dogs around their Grand Boulevard neighbourhood.  

Sheila Lively – General Manager, Cedar Springs PARC

2023_Sheila_Lively_2Sheila possesses more than 35 years of experience in the tourism, hospitality management, and senior living sector. She has worked with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Marriott Hotels, and WestJet, as an ambassador to promote international tourist visitation while also collaborating with tourism boards, local businesses, and travel associations.  Sheila is passionate about senior advocacy, providing independent residents and their families ways to explore vibrancy, companionship, and engagement within their community.
