Megan Campagnolo is the Manager Business Markets for the North Shore, Hastings, Sea to Sky and Sunshine Coast regions. Megan’s team of business bankers support the growth of almost 2000 small and medium enterprises (SME’s) throughout the area. With 18+ years in the financial industry, Megan has held a number of progressive roles within RBC spanning from leadership, project management and Commercial Banking. Megan has been actively involved with several organizations such as The Association of Women in Finance and BC Women’s Hospital Foundation, which promote health & wellness, business and networking opportunities for women. Megan was the co-chair for the Women’s Employee Resource Group which led a membership of over 500. In Megan’s spare time, she coaches both her son and daughter’s soccer teams and can be found hiking the trails on the North Shore where she grew up, and now raises a family with her husband.

Jonathan is a Founding Partner of Momentum Business Growth. He has been a member of the Chamber for over ten years. Jonathan loves helping SME’s grow. He is passionate about supporting startups, creating Pitch North Shore to be a platform to showcase local entrepreneurs. He is currently a strategic advisor for companies in industries ranging from food brands to technology.

Jonathan was previously Managing Director of GEM Vancouver, a boutique marketing agency. A veteran of the ski industry, Jonathan spent over a decade in various operations, sales and marketing roles, the final seven years in senior leadership positions.

Jonathan’s board experience includes Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance BC Region and President of the Ambassadors’ at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.  He has a Master’s degree from the University of Warwick, UK.

Lisa Warren is the Director of Sales for Sunrise Senior Living located in Lynn Valley, a career well-suited for her compassion and empathy as she champions the quality of life for all seniors. With a diverse, progressive background of nearly 30 years in marketing and sales, she has had a career spanning banking, commercial real estate, technology sales and senior living, as well as numerous volunteer and community pursuits.

Lisa is proud to live and work in North Vancouver and be a part of this vibrant community and all it has to offer. She and her husband enjoy walking their two dogs in the Grand Boulevard neighbourhood which they are pleased to call home.

Sarah and her family are long-time residents of North Vancouver. She leverages her skills as a Chartered Professional Accountant #CPA and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators #CBV while working with local North Vancouver businesses, helping them to become bigger, stronger & more profitable through tailored Business Development Bank of Canada financing and advisory support.

Outside work, she takes advantage of all that North Vancouver has to offer and can often be found skiing at Grouse, biking the trails of the North Shore mountain and the spirit trail or sampling the local restaurant fare. She is excited for the future of her local community and is committed to its success. Prior board experience includes past Treasurer of AnxietyBC, a non-profit organization.

Julianne is an employment lawyer, business owner, Lower Lonsdale resident, and mother of three young children. In her practice as a legal advisor to North Vancouver businesses, her mission is to inform business owners about their rights and obligations as employers and help to simplify the tangle of rules that governs employment in this province. She feels successful when she helps a local business to overcome a difficult workplace dispute or improve their contracts and policies to bring clarity and efficiency to their relationships with their staff. Her favourite part of her job is meeting business owners and forming a network of local entrepreneurs.

Scott Allman is the VP, Commercial at BlueShore Financial. His leadership experience comes from 22 years in the financial services industry, 18 of those at BlueShore. Scott and his team of advisors focus on supporting the success of the local business community by providing personalized, expert financial advice to their clients. He enjoys connecting with business owners to learn how he and his team can help them achieve their goals. He also strongly believes in the value of creating a common voice and advocating for shared community interests. Scott previously served on the Board of Directors of the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce and holds an MBA and financial planning designation.

Mike (Mehdi) Khajeh Pour is the founder and CEO of Allego Global Group. He has been developing his companies from the ground up for the last 15 years and creating a global group of companies in 5 counties (including Canada, Germany, China, UAE, and South Korea).  Allego Global products are based on Mike’s concept to promote only zero waste/discharge treatment technologies and zero micro-plastic products.

Mike established the Envirowise brand an e-commerce platform to distribute earth-friendly products and expertise to ensure quality recommendations for individual situations and permitting issues in our clients’ specific jurisdictions.  He works passionately to help companies switch to more sustainable and greener alternatives and endeavours to be recognized as a leading environmental and industry supplier locally, domestically, and globally.

Mike obtained a Business Management Certificate from the Simon Fraser University of Canada, an MBA from Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg of Germany, and BCs in Mechanical Engineering.

Ron Spence is the owner and CEO of a North Vancouver software company.  A resident (married with 2 adult children) of North Vancouver since 1980, Ron had a management career at Richardson Terminal for 30 years. Not wanting to retire quietly, he started a software company in 2009, specializing in web applications for safety managers in the USA and Canada. Ron has served as director/treasurer of 3 different non-profit boards in the Vancouver Scandinavian community. He is active in the sport of floorball, running a league in North Vancouver as well as serving on the boards of national and international organizations. Ron has been an active Ambassador of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, serving as the friendly face of the Chamber to new members as they orient themselves to the challenges of starting a business.

Yalda Ahmadvand is the founder and owner of DEA Canadian College, and Burlington High school. She holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Leicester, England. She is also on the board of TESL Canada, as Professional Development Director. Yalda is also the founder of Femmes alpha, a non-profit association for female entrepreneurs with the mission of inspiring and empowering women of BC to turn their ideas into a reality and build successful businesses.

Whether he’s creating a dramatic new look for a client or simply chatting with a regular, Bruce tries to approach every interaction with warmth, humour, and a genuine desire to make people feel good about themselves. When he’s not working, Bruce loves to explore the world and seek out new experiences and approaches life with the same sense of adventure and curiosity. He feels incredibly blessed and fortunate to have found his true calling in the beauty industry and serving his community at large.

Adriana is at her best when using creativity and strategic thinking to build brands and connect with clients in the process.

She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and has worked in the advertising & marketing industry for over 28 years.

In 2010, she founded her first company, “Nacion de Ideas,” an advertising agency in Mexico.  She has provided custom-tailored services to clients all over Latin America, the U.S., and now Canada. In addition, Adriana has developed print, digital, direct, and experiential marketing campaigns for many brands.

She moved with her family from Mexico to Canada in 2019. She lives, works, and plays in North Vancouver, where she and her partner founded Alive Creative Services in 2020.

Adriana loves yoga, meditation, tennis and paddleboarding.
