The North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce publishes a monthly
e-newsletter for members and the
business community at large. NOT RECEIVING OUR NEWSLETTER?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be receiving important email notifications and newsletters from the Chamber:
Problem: We may not be on your email 'safe list' or your emails are going straight to your spam/junk mailbox.
Solution: Add email addresses that end in 'nvchamber.ca' to your address book. That way, all mail coming from our server will pass through your spam filters and end up in your inbox.
Problem: Your mailbox may be sending emails back ('bouncing') because it is too full.
Solution: If an email bounces, that email address is automatically removed from our mailing list. Please contact us to re-subscibe you. In the future, ensure you manage your inbox on a regular basis to prevent mail from bouncing back.
Problem: We may have incorrect contact information on file for you.
Solution: Call us to confirm we have the correct information on file for you. This is particularly important if you have experienced employee turnover and email addresses that were previously functioning no longer are.
Problem: All other options have been exhausted and you are still not receiving our newsletter.
Solution: Subscribe to the email newsletter using a different email address. If all of this fails then we suggest setting up a hotmail, gmail, or other free email account where you should have no problems receiving the newsletter. Alternatively, our monthly e-newsletter is posted online so you can regularly check it here.
